As the weather warms, the CLC is working to clean up public access locations after the vagaries of winter and prepare them for the wear and tear of human use, all opportunities to get exercise in the fresh air. 

Under the State of New Hampshire’s “Stay at Home 2.0” order through June 15, we are planning no large gatherings, and we can still use your help! Please join us on Friday, June 5, 9-11:30AM, for Wood-Chip Mulching to help prevent erosion around the lakeshore at the Island at Chocorua Lake, right off of Route 16. If you are able to help out, we ask you to get in touch in advance by calling 603-323-6252 or emailing lflaccus@chocorualake.org, so that we can organize for you to work safely by yourself or with members of your household, touch base with you about tools, gloves, and masks, and so that we can let you know if plans change.
